These terms govern all services provided by Foodie Studios (operated by Bite Media Ltd, registered in England and Wales). By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to the following terms.
Services & Pricing
Foodie Studios provides video editing, social media management, and content creation services to food bloggers and recipe content creators. All services are delivered remotely.
Video Editing
$120 per video edit — includes 2 rounds of revision; horizontal and vertical formats available $105 per video for bulk orders of 4 or more videos (approximately 15% saving)
Social Media Management
$600/month — 2 platforms, including scheduling, posting, content calendar, and monthly analytics $1,000/month — 4 platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)
Add-on Services (price on application)
ManyChat automation setup (comment-to-DM flows) Grocers List / recipe link automation Standalone monthly analytics report Filming and production for food content

Payment Terms
Payment is due before work commences unless a prior written agreement states otherwise. For ongoing monthly services, payment is due on or before the first day of each service month. Invoices must be settled within 7 days of issue.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (Wise), debit/credit card, and Apple Pay. All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Work will not begin or continue if an invoice is outstanding beyond its due date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.
Monthly social media management: 14 days' written notice required before the next billing date. No fee if notice is given in time. Video editing (not yet started): No charge. Video editing (in progress): 50% of the agreed fee applies. Filming and production: 48 hours' notice required. The 50% deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within this window.
Refund Policy
Foodie Studios is committed to delivering work that meets the agreed brief. Refunds are handled as follows:
Video editing: If the final delivery does not meet the agreed brief after 2 revision rounds, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion. No refund is available once the client has approved the final file. Social media management: Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the service period has commenced. Cancellations made in accordance with Section 3 will not be charged for the following month. Setup fees (ManyChat, automations): Non-refundable once setup work has begun. Filming and production: The 50% deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the shoot. The remaining balance is not charged if sufficient notice is given.
To request a refund, contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Delivery & Revisions
Standard video editing turnaround is 8 business days from the date footage is received. Social media content calendars and scheduled posts are delivered as agreed at the start of each service month.
Each video edit includes 2 rounds of revision. Additional rounds may be agreed in writing. Revision notes should be submitted as a single consolidated list via Frame.io or email.
Timelines depend on clients supplying footage, assets, and feedback within agreed deadlines. Delays on the client's side may extend delivery accordingly.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a licence to use the delivered content for the agreed purpose (social media publishing). Foodie Studios retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio and for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the project begins.
The client is responsible for ensuring all footage, music, and assets supplied are properly licensed for their intended use.
Limitation of Liability
Bite Media Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered content, including loss of revenue, reach, or brand partnerships. Total liability in relation to any single project or service period shall not exceed the amount paid for that project or period.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
